Virtual Project Manager™ (“VPM”) links with the entire Vancare Team of sales, shipping, administration, support staff, and the installation team.
Virtual Project Manager™ is accessed through this website with a supplied user name and password. Different levels of access can be assigned. For instance, only purchasing and administration may have access to all info including pricing.

Now the project has begun with everyone involved online in the Virtual Project Manager™. From this point new people can be added, i.e. installers, engineers and architects. A schedule can be started on the calendar for internal meetings at the hospital and meetings with the distributor and architect. Documents can be uploaded for all to see or only designated parties. The process continues through installation to in-service to project completion.
